Lockdown DLA
Description
To mark five years since the first lockdown, hapless freedom fighters, the Dundonald Liberation Army, are back with their sell-out, smash-hit comedy Lockdown DLA!
Written by local comedian Stephen Large and based on the huge success of his satirical social media page, Dundonald Liberation Army, this hilarious play tells the story of reputed DLA boss, Davy "The Venezuelan" Taylor and his right-hand man John "Horse" McCracken, being forced to isolate together in their high-rise flat.
From panic buying toilet rolls and baking banana bread to leaving the house for essential items (Buckfast is essential, right?), the play follows the duo as they navigate their way through those unprecedented times. Will they break out of their bubble in time to attend a birth in the Ulster Hospital and make it to a beach wedding in Thailand? Come along and find out!
If you missed it first time round, now is your chance to see one of the best local comedies ever written!
- Admission £22 - £27.50
